These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.muymar.com and the purchase of products through our online store.

MUYMAR offers handmade products inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle, including:

• Handmade bags

• Cushion covers

All products are handcrafted in Mallorca, Spain.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, pattern, size, texture, and finish may occur. These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of handmade craftsmanship and do not constitute defects.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from MUYMAR.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order. The sales contract is formed only when we dispatch the products or explicitly confirm acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing errors

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Violation of these Terms

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro (€).

Prices include applicable VAT (IVA) where legally required.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout before payment.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.

We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

The goods shall remain our property until full payment of the purchase price has been made.

PAYPAL:

During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online payment provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal or register first, authenticate yourself using your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction to us.

After you place your order in our online shop, we will request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will then be processed automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter.

Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Mallorca, Spain.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and carrier services.

MUYMAR is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Customs procedures

• Force majeure events

• Incorrect customer information

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.

7. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days after receiving the returned products or proof of return.

8. Personalized and Custom Orders

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalized products

• Custom-made items

• Products made according to customer specifications

Such sales are final unless the product is defective.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs of the issue.

If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

All content on www.muymar.com, including but not limited to:

• Product designs

• Photographs

• Logos

• Text

• Graphics

• Branding

is the property of MUYMAR and protected by intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUYMAR shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Consequential damages

• Loss of profits

• Loss of business opportunities

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Spanish or EU law.

12. Privacy
